We hired Precise for doing our basement that got damaged due to a leak. Marian really was very consultative and provided us guidance and answers promptly. He was always available - promised to get the job done within days and kept on top of it throughout to ensure it was done on time. His team members were courteous and respected a house with 2 young kids creating havoc and walking down with us when we went to inspect every time. He was also one of the most reasonable ones. I concur with the other reviews.
Will definitely hire him for upcoming remodeling projects.

I contacted Precise Remodeling for some interior painting to be done on a very short turnaround. Marian responded quickly on a Saturday, came to look at what I needed and was able to complete the job (ceilings primed and painted on our first floor) by Monday afternoon. We were pleased with his crews quick work and attention to detail. We’ll definitely use Precise Remodeling in the future.

This was one of the best contracting experiences that I've had. Marion was professional, courteous, and very communicative. They were able to get my carpet out and install new floors in about 4-5 hours for almost 500 sq. ft. of space. I am beyond happy with the work!
